Select “Launch Quick Assist” above, search for Quick Assist from the Windows Start menu, or press Ctrl + Windows + Q.

On a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, select the button below to open the installed Microsoft Quick Assist app and connect with an Infinite Solutions IT technician.
Using a Windows PC? Your browser may ask for permission to open Quick Assist. Select Open or Allow when prompted.
How it works
Four steps to a secure support session.
Only connect when you have contacted Infinite Solutions IT and received a session code directly from a technician.
Enter the code
Type the time-limited security code provided by your technician. Never accept an unsolicited code from an unknown caller.
Approve access
Review the technician name and permission request, then approve screen sharing or control only when you are comfortable.
End the session
You can stop sharing at any time. Close Quick Assist when the work is complete.
Quick Assist did not open? Press Ctrl + Windows + Q, or open the Windows Start menu, search for Quick Assist, and select the app. Then enter the code provided by the technician.
