FAQ

Answers to common questions about working with Infinite Solutions IT.

Learn how consultations, support, remote access, pricing, managed services, and regional coverage work.

What types of organizations do you support?

Services are designed primarily for small and midsize businesses, nonprofits, professional offices, healthcare organizations, public entities, and teams that need dependable IT expertise without a large internal department.

Do you provide both remote and onsite support?

Yes. Remote support is available for many software, Microsoft 365, cloud, device, and troubleshooting needs. Scheduled onsite service is available in selected Southwest Kansas and Oklahoma Panhandle communities.

Can you manage an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes. Work can begin with an assessment of identities, licensing, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and security settings, followed by a prioritized improvement plan.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No single model fits every client. Hourly support, monthly support blocks, fixed-scope projects, and custom managed service agreements are available depending on the need.

How does remote support stay secure?

Remote sessions use Microsoft Quick Assist or another mutually approved tool. You receive a time-limited code, review the technician identity and access request, and can end the session at any time.

Can you help with cybersecurity and compliance?

Yes. Services include technical safeguards such as identity security, device compliance, encryption, email protection, data retention, auditing, and documentation. Legal or formal compliance certification should be handled with the appropriate legal or compliance professional.

Do you sell hardware or Microsoft licenses?

Hardware and licensing can be recommended and coordinated when part of a project or managed service. Quotes identify products, third-party costs, and any ongoing subscriptions separately.

What happens during the free consultation?

The initial consultation focuses on your current challenge, affected users or systems, timeline, risk, and desired outcome. You will receive a recommended next step and, when appropriate, a written scope or estimate.
